What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Each service type has different inclusions — for example, sunset trips provide upgraded refreshments and small bites, while business charters offer meeting amenities and corporate dining options.
When should I secure my booking?
To book, we suggest a lead time of 2–3 weeks, particularly during the high season, which is May through September. For business gatherings and private events, arranging 4–6 weeks prior is recommended for improved yacht availability and to allow for personalization.
What is the procedure for inclement weather?
Our paramount concern is safety. In the instance of weather being unsafe as determined by our captain, an alternate charter date will be proposed or a full refund will be issued. Weather forecasts are monitored closely, and should adverse conditions emerge, you will be notified 24 hours prior to departure.
May I bring my own food and beverages?
You're welcome to supply your own food and drinks. Additionally, we provide excellent catering services with menus tailor-made to your tastes. Note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts have accessibility for guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to make our services available to everyone. Some of our boats are more equipped for accessibility than others. To ensure we meet your specific requirements, please reach out to us during booking to find the appropriate yacht and discuss accessibility arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before departure will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our end.
